We value your success and are dedicated to providing you with the resources you need to excel. As a first-time RV Salesperson, you will benefit from up to 4 weeks of training pay, in accordance with residency and state laws.

This position operates on a commission-only basis with unlimited earning potential. Successful team members have the opportunity to earn $150,000+ annually based on their performance, with year-end sales bonuses for qualifying individuals.

What You Will Do :

• Lead the charge in delivering a premium customer experience through the sale of both new and used RVs.
• Conduct engaging demonstration rides and compelling walkthrough presentations.
• Effectively close sales by collaborating closely with the Finance & Insurance team.
• Follow up with customers using a pressure-free and integrity-driven approach.

Compensation Overview :

This role is purely commission-based, providing you with the flexibility to maximize your earnings.

In states like California, Massachusetts, and Maine, a base hourly rate equal to the applicable minimum wage in addition to the variable compensation will be provided. In all other states, a minimum compensation equivalent to an hourly rate not less than $12.25, or the applicable state hourly minimum wage, will also apply.
