New Future Licensing is a wholly owned FutureStitch subsidiary focused on category dominance through brand innovation, licensing excellence, and athlete-led performance product. We hold the global DTC and North American wholesale license for New Balance socks and are launching our high-performance brand CONTACT later this year.

Mission
The Supply Chain Manager will be the critical connector between FutureStitch and our knitting manufacturing partner in Puebla, Mexico. This leader will ensure smooth coordination of raw materials, compliance with production processes, and timely resolution of operational issues. They will also develop a seamless cut-and-sew process for our Seconds line, ensuring that every aspect of productionfrom yarn to finished goodsflows with precision and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day coordination with FutureStitchs Puebla knitting partner to ensure adherence to all production processes.Oversee raw material logistics, including sourcing, transportation, and timely delivery to support uninterrupted production.Build and implement an efficient cut-and-sew process for the Seconds line, integrating it seamlessly with existing operations.Monitor production performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.Ensure compliance with quality standards, company policies, and partner agreements.Collaborate with U.S. and Mexico-based teams to align timelines, resolve issues, and deliver finished goods on schedule.Travel monthly (1 week per month) to Puebla, MX for on-site operations oversight and partner management.Key Outcomes (First 1218 Months)
Establish reliable raw material coordination system between U.S. and Mexico operations.Implement cut-and-sew workflow for Seconds line with measurable efficiency gains.Maintain 95%+ on-time delivery rates across Puebla operations.Develop monthly reporting system on production metrics and issue resolution.Strengthen FutureStitchs relationship with Puebla partner through consistent presence and proactive communication.Experience & Skills
5+ years of supply chain, production, or factory operations management experience.Experience working directly with manufacturing partners, ideally in textiles or apparel.Strong knowledge of raw material logistics and supply chain coordination.Fluent in Spanish and English (required).Hands-on operating experience in factory or on-site production environments.Willingness and ability to travel to Puebla, MX one week per month.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
