Lot Attendant Position

Lot attendants provide support to the Sales or Service departments by maintaining all vehicles to dealership standards. Responsible for keeping automobile inventory neat and well maintained, as well as moving vehicles throughout the lot to specified locations.

Pay : $16.66 - $17.50 an hour.
Essential duties include inspecting vehicles to detect damage and to verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice, recording the description of damages and listing missing items on the delivery receipt, parking new vehicles in assigned areas, cataloging and storing keys, moving sold vehicles to maximize use of space and keep the lot in order, delivering sold vehicles to the new-vehicle preparation department, washing vehicle exteriors using all the proper cleaning solutions and equipment, vacuuming the interior of vehicles to remove all loose dirt and debris, while carefully not disturbing customers personal items, parking clean cars in designated area for delivery, maintaining dealership presence - cleaning up around the lot, looking for garbage, etc., prepping new vehicles for PDI to be performed, gas up sold vehicles, trades etc., and arranging the lot - starting cars, parking etc.
Marginal duties include being a team player, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, effective communicator, and other duties as assigned.
