A certified Registered Neonatal Nurse Practitioner assumes responsibility and accountability for care of neonates and newborns in the Nursery and Neonatal ICU; Delivers patient care through collaboration with the Pediatric Hospitalist. Effectively interacts with all customers including patients, significant others, and all health team members while maintaining standards of professional performance and the organization's goals and mission. Participates in community and / or professional organization lecturing when available and appropriate.
