The Director of Digital Marketing is a strategic yet scrappy executor who can scale campaigns, pitch new ideas, and lead a high-performing team. This role isn't for spectators. Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the digital marketing strategy aligned to business goals
• Oversee paid media, SEO, social, affiliate, email, and emerging channels
• Lead and grow a small, focused team of in-house marketers and agencies
• Design a data-driven, customer-first marketing engine to maximize ROI
• Build and optimize campaigns in Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and others
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to enhance user experience and conversion
• Innovate relentlessly : test, iterate, and launch creative campaigns and tools
• Drive strategic partnerships with travel brands, influencers, and affiliates
• Analyze performance across channels, delivering insights and forecasts
• Negotiate media buys, contracts, and vendor terms with confidence
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on ownership, learning, and results
