Required Skills / Experience : RNs required to titrate drips
\n\n
RNs are required to read / interpret / document strips
\n\n
Required Credentials : Pass / Fail exam on Wednesdays during orientation. Open book exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass
\n\n
Special Requests : An interview may not be available prior to offer.
\n\n
Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
\n\n
Resume : Each employment history entry must include all the following : detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.
\n\n
Eligibility as Current / Previous Employee : Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.
\n\n
Will not take duos that want same schedule or share car
\n\n
Shift & Scheduling : Self scheduling for core staff, travelers added in.
\n\n
Will not approve blocked scheduling unless it’s weekends only
\n\n
Holiday requirements : Minimum of 2 holidays that fall within contract time frame
\n\n
Weekend Requirements : Every other
\n\n
Floating Requirements : Typically PCU, occasionally MedSurg- will take same ratio of patients typically assigned on these units (1 / 4 or 1 / 5)
\n\n
7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays : 11 / 27 / 2025, 12 / 25 / 2025, 01 / 01 / 2026. Number of holidays allowed off : 1. Start assignment restriction : 14 days
\n\n
1 reference from last 12 months (Charge / Lead reference type) - required for submission
\n\n
1 reference from last 3 years (Manager / Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
\n\n
Driver’s license required for submission
