ELS is hiring for the position of Administrator - Membership Contracts in Plano, Texas.

What You'll Do :

The Membership Contracts Administrator provides sales and property information and support to potential and existing customers.

Your Job Will Include :

• Act as a customer support liaison.
• Quote pricing to prospective customers.
• Answer potential customer questions and requests for schedules and pricing through written correspondence and telephone contact.
• Analyze plans and related customer documents to prepare worksheets for cost accounting.
• Collect, analyze and summarize sales information to prepare reports, and warranty explanations.
• Visit customers to maintain familiarity with accounts and resolve sales, property and / or contract issues.
• Process incoming inquiries.
