Position Title : Porter (Part Time) 7 : 00am - 3 : 30pm.

Overview : The Porter is responsible for the general upkeep of the community by cleaning and preparing areas for residents and guests.

Essential Duties :

The following duties are normal for this position. This list is not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.

• Dust mopping and damp mopping floors, vacuum carpet areas, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms including sinks, tubs and commodes.
• Collect trash in all areas of the facility.
• Complete project work including but not limited to stripping and refinishing, carpet shampooing, wall washing, window cleaning, pressure cleaning, car washing, etc.
• Completing event setups when needed
