Essential functions :

Perform personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living, including but not limited to :

Personal Hygiene

Ambulation / Transfers

Dressing / Shaving

Preparing meals and snacks according to instructions

Accompanying patients on errands or medical appointments

Performing light housekeeping activities

Perform patient-specific activities taught by a Right at Home nurse, including but not limited to :

Providing hospice supportive care

Medication reminders

Assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises

Care of bed-bound patients

Incontinence care

Using lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts

Preferred experience :

Hoyer lift

Personal care

Range of Motion Exercises

Foley care

Companionship

Light cleaning

Fluent in English is essential

Referral Bonus :

$50 Referral Bonus if you refer a friend who works 6 months at 20 hours per week or 480 hours of work.
