Seasonal Recruiter

A company is looking for a Remote Seasonal Recruiter for a temporary position lasting approximately 3 to 4 months.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates for various customer support roles based on client specifications

Utilize various sourcing channels and post opportunities on relevant job boards and social platforms

Track candidate progress and report issues to Project Managers and the Recruiting leadership team

Required Qualifications

2+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume call center or RPO setting

Practical sourcing experience in different global markets

ATS experience (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, ICIMS)

Familiarity with online tools (i.e., Slack, Asana, Zendesk, Google applications)

Strong global awareness
