Key Responsibilities
Greet and room patients, obtain vital signs, and document patient data in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Prepare patients and exam rooms for clinical procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.Clinical SupportAssist providers during examinations and in-office procedures.
Perform delegated tasks such as capturing pre-op and post-op photos, stocking and maintaining exam rooms, and ordering clinical supplies.Complete FMLA and Disability forms accurately and promptly.Operational DutiesMaintain cleanliness and readiness of exam rooms between patients.
Travel to satellite locations as needed to support clinic operations.Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient flow.Qualifications
Education : High School Diploma or GED required.Experience : At least 1 year in a medical office or outpatient clinical setting preferred.MediClear Certification (or equivalent healthcare compliance credential) requiredAbility to provide age-specific care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients .Strong communication, patient-service, and multitasking skills.Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and adherence to policies.
