In this remote Talent Acquisition Specialist position, you will join the Human Resources team and take a lead role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys both the strategic and interpersonal sides of recruiting : building pipelines, conducting interviews, and fostering long-term partnerships within the community and beyond.

What You'll Do :

• Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Lead recruiting efforts including job launches, resume reviews, interviews, and candidate recommendations.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely, respectful, and clear communication.
• Build and maintain talent networks through proactive relationship management-both online and in person.
• Develop strategic partnerships with colleges, trade schools, and high schools across our regions.
• Represent the company at recruiting events and community outreach programs.
• Elevate our employment brand through job postings, social media, and digital platforms.
• Monitor onboarding progress and support candidates through their journey.
• Maintain accurate documentation in our Applicant Tracking System and HR platforms.
• Stay current on recruiting best practices and continuously seek ways to improve.
