Review programs to ensure compliance with Coherent policies and applicable regulations. Plan, coordinate, and deliver EHS training. Serve as point of contact for auditors, inspectors, and regulatory agencies. Perform inspections, identify deficiencies, and partner with supervisors and employees to drive compliance. Develop EHS metrics, track goals, and support continuous improvement.
