Logistics and Distribution Manager

$75,000 - $85,000

Up to $5,000 in bonus potential.

Benefits package, after only 1 month of employment.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY :

Be an essential part of the operations management team, by overseeing 15+ team members and the warehouse and distribution operations.

Report to the Director of Operations.

Responsible for top personnel performance and continuous improvement processes to ensure maximum efficiency.

Ensure a safe working environment.

Evaluate and make recommendations on budgeting and financial management.

BACKGROUND PROFILE :

Bachelors Degree in related field and / or equivalent experience.

7+ years experience in distribution or logistics management.

Experience with ERP Software (IQMS) preferred.

Excellent communication or leadership skills.

Demonstrated organizational & analytical skills.
