Summary of Responsibilities

• Advising, Customer Service, and Frontline Support
• Operational and Administrative Support
• Training, Policy Knowledge, and Continuous Improvement
• Events and Special Projects

Qualifications / Licenses / Certifications

Graduation from an accredited institution with an associate's degree plus 1 year of experience relevant to the job Summary; or any combination of education and experience totaling three years.

Preferred Qualifications : Associate or Bachelor's degree in hospitality, communications, higher education, or related field. Experience in a higher education setting or visitor services environment. Knowledge of university admissions, campus resources, or recruitment processes. Experience handling scheduling, CRM systems, or administrative operations. Demonstrated ability to create a welcoming and professional guest experience.
