• Must be able to cover hospital pharmacist staffing and some retail days.

• Must work at least one weekend per month.

Description :

The ideal candidate will provide majority hospital pharmacist staffing.

The candidate will also be able to cover some retail days.

Coverage is needed Monday through Thursday from 7 AM to 5 : 30 PM.

Availability for at least one weekend per month is required.

Flu vaccine is required, with no exceptions.

We will not accept a traveler with a permanent address within 100 miles of the facility.

No more than 3 days may be requested off per 13-week contract.

The facility reserves the right to cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment, and guaranteed hours will not apply.
