Job Summary :
The Senior Client Success Manager plays an important role including day-to-day account management responsibilities, guidance for the other account managers, and the ongoing development of the Client Success team processes and procedures. A successful individual in this role will take a “lead from the front” mentality by managing a number of client accounts directly and mentoring / supporting members of the Client Success team. They will foster cross-team collaboration by working closely with Team Leads and Lead Project Managers.
Responsibilities :
- Day-to-day account management on a range of accounts including larger and more complex clients
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs, expectations, and feedbackCoordinate and facilitate all client meetings (virtual, in-person, and regular phone calls)Client-centric approach to solving problems and identifying issues / opportunitiesBuild and nurture long-term relationships with clientsHandle client queries and resolve issues promptlyIdentify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services to existing clientsCreation of exceptional presentations for reports, deliverables, and strategic initiatives, as well as the delivery and facilitation of presentationsAbility to manage clients and service teams autonomouslyExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
A well-versed storyteller with strong presentation skillsComplete knowledge of marketing automation, SEO, paid digital media, website experience, content strategy and e-commerce fundamentalsRequires limited oversight and / or assistance from team managementWork with project management and service teams to drive process improvementEstablish best practices in account management and profitability and share out with account teamCollaborates closely with the Director of Client Success, assisting them in completing projects at the department levelProvides support to team members by helping solve problems, guiding them through difficult situations, and providing them with the necessary tools and resourcesAssists in training and onboarding of new team members, including providing shadowing opportunitiesPerpetuate the growth of positive team cultureRequirements :
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications :
4 - 6 years client service / account management experience in an agency setting4 - 6 years of experience with SEO, SEM, and / or Social Media strategiesAbility to understand complex client deliverables and confidently present them to clientsAbility to quickly learn and execute Rocket55 processes with strong a strong understanding of how other teams and departments operateExcellent listener and note takerSolid verbal / written communication skillsCollaborative leaderExtremely detail-oriented and organizedStrong business acumenWillingness to take on any task with enthusiasmFast learner and accepting of constructive criticismAbility to work cohesively with clients and subject matter expertsComfortable with a fast-paced and evolving environmentProblem-solving attitude with a consistent pursuit of resultsAbility to work cohesively with clients and subject matter expertsComfortable with a fast-paced and evolving environmentProblem-solving attitude with a consistent pursuit of resultsPreferred Qualifications :

$78,000 - $92,000 - depending on experience and qualifications.
