A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Pharmacist - Clinical Pharmacist Advisor (Medicare)!

The Clinical Pharmacist Advisor will be working for a Fortune 500 Company and has career growth potential. See additional details below.

Pharmacist - Clinical Pharmacist Advisor (Medicare) Highlights

The pay for this position will be $53.00 per hour.
Business Hours : 7 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, and 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM EST on Saturday and Sunday (set rotation).
Remote / Work from Home position.
Must have a dedicated, quiet workspace and provide proof of internet speed meeting minimum requirements.
This position is full-time.

Responsibilities

Support Medicare Part D members and providers with pharmacy benefit and coverage determination requests.

Ensure accurate case setup and complete clinical review of Medicare appeals in compliance with CMS guidelines.

Review clinical information and make appropriate determinations based on drug compendia and clinical judgment.

Conduct provider outreach for additional clinical clarification when necessary.

Accurately document all Medicare Part D requests and maintain compliance with CMS-mandated timelines .

Meet or exceed departmental productivity and quality standards .

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required.

Active pharmacist license in the state of residence required.

Proven ability to apply clinical judgment and interpret drug compendia resources.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Prior experience in Medicare Part D , clinical review , or pharmacy benefit management preferred.
