What We Need :

Responsible for monitoring traffic in and out of complex, monitor parking lots, and patrol plant and office complex.

What You'll Do :

• Monitor and control entry / exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles at facility.
• Assist with monitoring, reporting, and responding to security and safety incidents.
• Monitor departments two-way radio system
• Conduct plant, parking lot, and grounds rounds / tours
• Maintain and configure security technologies
• Monitor cameras, access control, fire system and other equipment in a continuous fashion
• Provide access control assistance to multiple facilities
• Locks and unlocks doors according to schedules
• Facilitates planned drills, events, and simulations
• Log all required vehicles entering / exiting grounds and direct them as necessary.
• Ensure that all calls are answered promptly and handled in a professional manner
• Complete Daily Activity Reports, Logbook entries, and all relevant reports related to job assignment.
• Respond to incidents of inclement weather, bomb threat, fire, medical emergency, vehicle, and other incidents.
• Check truck seals on containers as required.
• Monitor and provide parking control for office complex and plant areas.
• Answer phone outside of normal business hours and direct calls as needed.
• Assist in keeping work areas in a clean orderly manner.
• Conduct DOT Drug & Alcohol tests
• Attend any job-related training deemed necessary by supervision
• Follow all established standard operating procedures
• Perform general housekeeping duties as necessary
• Perform other tasks assigned by management
