Position Summary

Clean, repair, and refinish floors in a variety of areas in our building

This role will pay an hourly rate of $15 to $16.

EVERGREEN ROLE : Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadline.

Responsibilities

Floor Care : buffing, waxing, stripping, and carpet cleaning floors of all types

Equipment Maintenance : Cleaning and maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies including mops, brooms, brushes, pads, and machines

Safety Following safety procedures and adhering to organizational safety, risk management, and infection control standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in floor care or related field
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies (up to 50lbs)
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Floor techs will be required to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
