Shift Leader – Food Service Team

Kona Ice of Manchester, NH and Travelin' Tom's Coffee of East Hillsboro County

We are looking for motivated and charismatic servers to join our local Kona Ice / Travelin' Tom's Coffee Krew. This role involves behind-the-scenes responsibilities, carried out at our office / warehouse, assisting a Kona Ice or Travelin' Tom's driver, or at our stand alone kiosk or fixed location at the Merrimack Outlet Mall. We are looking for a go-getter who will be a cheerful addition to our team. This person needs to be a multitasker that is detail-oriented.

Kona Ice Krew / Travelin' Tom's Coffee Barista Responsibilities :

Assist owner / manager with any task needed

Comply with the hygiene, health, and sanitation guidelines

Perform basic cleaning of trucks / warehouse

Complete beginning- and end-of-shift prepping and stocking

Must be able to read, count, and accurately complete documentation

Communicate maintenance & inventory needs to appropriate staff

Maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment

Must be able to work independently and confidently for several hours at a time

Must be able to work well with other team members

Provide superior service to clients and customers with speed and accuracy

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Have reliable transportation
• Weekend availability
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
• Must be available weekdays 10 am- 3 pm
