Colorado Licensed Associate General Counsel

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel - Contracting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal counsel on contracting, licensing, and compliance issues to internal stakeholders

Review, draft, analyze, and negotiate various types of commercial agreements

Identify legal issues and provide business-oriented solutions while managing contract disputes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and a member in good standing of the relevant Bar

A minimum of 8 years of legal practice, with at least 5 years in drafting and negotiating complex agreements

Experience in healthcare law, medical practice regulations, or clinical research is preferred

Proven ability to exercise excellent judgment in complex contract matters

Strong business acumen and understanding of business processes
