Job Description :

We are in search of a professional, caring physician to join our team. You will evaluate and treat a wide array of patients with acute or routine conditions. You will diagnose and treat disorders in an outpatient setting. Our primary mission is providing exceptional health care to all people.

Responsibilities :

• Assessing patients through interviews, observations, tests, and medical history.
• Accurately diagnosing patients.
• Collaborate and work with other medical professionals and psychologists.
• Provide tests and interpret the results of studies.
• Prescribe medication and / or develop treatment plans, as well as conduct medication checks, and order tests.
• Educate and counsel patients and their families utilizing excellent communication skills.
• Monitor the side effects of treatment and medication.
• Provide follow-up care and work with other medical specialists.

Seeking BC / BE Family Medicine Physicians to join their team.

Standard office hours M-F 8 : 00-5 : 00 (Some locations have one late day a week 9 : 00 to 6 : 00)

Call schedule - once a month.

EMR is eClinicalWorks.

This group is very passionate about making a positive impact in the community and providing individualized care to each patient. Some responsibilities include providing preventative care, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses, managing chronic conditions and coordinating care with specialists when necessary. You’ll also review and prepare medical history and data and provide supportive primary care.
