As a Residential Direct Support Professional at TERI, you will play a vital role in helping adults with special needs thrive in a safe, supportive, and engaging home environment. This position is ideal for individuals who are compassionate, patient, resilient, and adaptable, with a genuine desire to make a meaningful impact on others’ lives.

In this role, you will assist residents with daily living activities, provide structured and recreational programming, support healthy meals and personal routines, and foster independence and growth. TERI provides full training for Med Pour Certification and Class B Driver’s License preparation, making it accessible for those ready to begin a rewarding career in residential care.

Your Role & Responsibilities –

Qualifications –

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Must hold a Valid Driver's License
• Must be able and willing to obtain a Class B Driver’s License and Med Pour Certification
• Related experience preferred, but not required

Pay –

$20.00 Hourly
