We are seeking a PMO Manager - Haas Programs in our Broomfield, CO, Location.

We are seeking a Highly qualified PMO Manager HaaS programs to lead a program management team in delivering Hardware as a Service product. This role will lead and mentor a group of project managers working on HaaS products, oversee project execution and lead external customer contracts. This role will shape the future vision of the companys quantum offerings, working with senior leadership and technical teams to meet programmatic performance and ensure technical initiatives are aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic leader of detailed schedules, budgets, resource needs, and work plans for technical deliverableson complex, multi-faceted hardware R&D programs
• Cross-functional focal for Helios PMO to organize and coordinate with multiple technical and operational teams
• Ensure timely and effective communicationof strategy, scope changes, risks, and progressbetween technical teams, partners, product and program management, and senior leadership through reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Manage and lead senior and junior project engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Lead regular status meetings, project reviews, and end-of-task retrospectives and continue to evolve structure to meet organizational needs.
• Perform programmatic goal setting and track milestones and KPIs
• Identify opportunities to accelerate schedule or develop needed technologies
• Work closely with leadership to align hardware R&D initiatives with business strategies and goals.
• Own risk and opportunity analysis and management processes related to program planning. Follow proper escalation channels when major risks arise to ensure
• Ability to travel up to 25%

The pay range for this role is $158,000 $197,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range may vary based on the candidates skills, educational background, professional experience, and unique qualifications for the role.
