As Southeast Orthopedic Specialists continues to grow, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate CRNA to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide safe and effective anesthesia care while supporting patients throughout their surgical journey — from assessment and planning to recovery and follow-up.

GENERAL SUMMARY

???? What You’ll Do

Administer general, regional, and local anesthesia based on patient and surgical needs.

Conduct thorough pre-procedure assessments and create individualized anesthesia plans.

Monitor patients during procedures and adjust anesthesia levels for safety and comfort.

Educate patients and families on anesthesia options, risks, and recovery expectations.

Advocate for patients’ needs and ensure informed consent is obtained.

Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and nursing staff to optimize outcomes.

Respond effectively to anesthesia-related complications and emergencies.

Maintain accurate, detailed records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Provide safe, evidence-based anesthesia care tailored to each patient.

Partner with the surgical team to deliver seamless perioperative care.

Uphold the highest standards of patient safety, ethics, and confidentiality.

Participate in ongoing education and professional development.

✅ What We’re Looking For

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) plus graduate-level Nurse Anesthesia program (MSN or DNP, COA-accredited).

Current CRNA certification (NBCRNA) and active RN license .

BLS / ACLS certification required.

Strong critical thinking, emergency response, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Compassionate, patient-centered approach with commitment to quality care.
