The Job at a Glance

The Collections Specialist (Internally known as Revenue Retriever) works closely with a portfolio of our valued customers to ensure payments are made within payment terms and to follow up with customers when payments are past due. The role also requires ability to take payments from customers, complete account reconciliations, do account research and the ability to establish strong relationships with customers. A passion for delighting both internal and external customers are crucial to the success of this role.

The salary range for this role is $43,632.36-$58,380.61 ($20.98-$28.07 hourly) which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
