A growing construction firm is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Construction Administrator to support executive leadership, project management, and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

• Provide administrative assistance to senior leadership, including calendar coordination and meeting scheduling
• Prepare, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, and business documents
• Serve as a liaison for executive communications, ensuring timely and professional responses
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy access and compliance

Office Management

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Branford, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $38.46 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
