We are looking for ​a Loan Specialist / Collections to join our team! This motivated member loan specialist will assist with different loan types. Additionally, taking care of loan delinquencies. SPCU would like the ideal candidate to have background experience of working in a financial institute or have background experience on handling the job tasks.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in processing and servicing variety of loans which includes personal loans, vehicle loans, home equity, and property loans
• Open / Close member's accounts- Keep records / documents of member's account for filing accordingly
• Provide member's support, answer questions, and resolution in a professional manner
• Participates in training to learn internal processes and systems
• Initiate repossessions / GPS device, disconnect service, file garnishments
• Processing insurance
• Ensure compliance with credit union policy and regulatory requirements
