Job descriptionBeing knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the total store, and specific to your area, to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience Creating a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks When guests need assistance, engaging with guests in a welcoming way, to help solve their specific needs Thanking guests and letting them know we're happy they chose to shop at Target Selecting items for order pickup, drive up and ship to home for digital guest orders Accurately putting on hold all order pickup and drive-up orders Properly preparing, packing and sorting guest orders for shipment using correct materials Delivering quality and accuracy with each order while meeting timeliness goals Maintaining your workspace and supplies; keeping equipment and designated areas organized and supplies in stock Properly using equipment while following safety best practices Following all safety guidelines, operating procedures, product freshness and quality standards; following food safety guidelines when handling, displaying and / or storing food items Always demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance Working in a safe manner at all times; complying with all safety policies, best practices, and training; reporting hazards and correcting where possible Supporting guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU) and Drive up (DU) and maintaining a compliance culture while executing those duties, such as compliance with federal, state, and local adult beverage laws All other duties based on business needs You enjoy interacting and helping others - including guests that shop our store and fellow team members you work with You thrive in a fast-moving, highly active and physically demanding role, where teamwork, flexibility, and creative problem solving are key to success You are open to working a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and other peak shopping times) Must be at least 18 years of age or older Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members Learn and adapt to current technology needs Work both independently and with a team Resolve guest questions immediately Attention to detail and follow a multi-step process Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes Accurately handle cash register operations as needed Climb up and down ladders Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds without additional assistance from others, and team lift items 45-100 pounds Be flexible with work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, and holidays) and maintain regular, reliable, and prompt attendance Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Up, carryout, etc. Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary)
Fulfillment Expert
Starting hourly rate : $15.50 USD per hour

The role of a Fulfillment Expert can provide you with :
- Experience in a dynamic work environment where your daily work will change based on guest ordering patterns
- Skills to assess your daily business and utilize tools to determine how to meet digital demand
- Knowledge of reporting systems that show how digital guest traffic patterns are changing throughout the day and be adaptable to guest demand
- Experience in retail business fundamentals including : department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement
