International Logistics & Traffic Manager

International Logistics & Traffic Manager | Easton, PA

We're looking for an experienced logistics professional to lead and optimize the entire transportation cycle—from global suppliers to our production facilities and on to customers worldwide.

You'll manage domestic & international shipments (air, rail, truckload, LTL, intermodal, drayage), oversee compliance and documentation, and build strong partnerships with carriers, freight forwarders, and clients.

• ?? What You'll Do
• Plan, coordinate & monitor shipments for cost, timing, and service excellence
• Identify routing efficiencies to cut costs without reducing service quality
• Serve as liaison between teams, carriers & customers
• Ensure compliance for hazardous goods & customs requirements
• Develop SOPs & train team members
• Analyze key logistics metrics to improve performance
• ?? What You Bring
• 7+ years in logistics / traffic / supply chain (manufacturing a plus)
• Strong knowledge of domestic & international shipping (hazmat experience valued)
• Proven ability to meet deadlines & solve problems in fast-paced settings
• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Skilled in logistics software & industry regulations
