RoleSummary :
MSHPseeksaMedicalDirector(MD),PhysicianEngagementandCDQI,whowill(1)beresponsiblefordrivingkeypopulationhealthgoalsincludingaccess,quality,utilizationandaccurateriskadjustmentwithagroupofpracticesand(2)closepartnershipwiththeCDQIDirectortodriveaccurateriskadjustmentthroughoutthesystem.ThisMedicalDirectormustbeeffectiveatinfluencingphysicians,medicaldirectorandotherkeypracticestafftodrivevaluebasedcaresuccess.He / shewillsupporttheestablishingandhardwiringprocessestodriveexcellenceinefficiencyofcare,qualityandaccurateriskadjustmentforallpopulationsserved,especiallyourpatientscoveredunderaMedicarearrangement(MSSPorMA).TheMDwillreporttoVicePresident,ClinicalIntegrationandPopulationHealthwithsharedaccountabilitytoDirector,CDQI.
