Administer nursing care within scope of practice as outlined in Ohio Revised Code.

Perform skilled practical nursing procedures such as obtaining vital signs, applying oxygen, wound dressings, inserting catheters, and administering medications.

Observe, document, and report patient conditions, providing appropriate actions and thorough reports to RN or Physician.

Respond to emergencies, provide first aid, and perform CPR and AED use.

Maintain medical accountability records, including medication administration and incident documentation.

Maintain supplies, clean equipment, and organize work areas.

Provide clerical tasks such as answering phones, filing, and copying as needed.

Critical Information

Rotating scheduled shifts, weekends required, 8-hour shifts with 30-minute lunch; shifts assigned when offered.
