Sell new, high-quality homes in beautiful communities throughout your territory while working with and learning from an industry-leading sales team.
Highlights of the Role
Demonstrate alignment with True Homes' culture and values.
Assist in attracting and persuading prospects to build a True Home.
Execute the follow-up process with prospects and document all interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Register all client visits and communication in CRM and provide timely follow-up.
Inspect communities, models, and signage to ensure a professional and inviting sales environment.
Engage with clients immediately upon entering the sales office to create a seamless experience.
Maintain consistent client communication, documenting interactions, and ensuring top-tier customer service.
Qualifications
You will be required to work in any of our communities within the surrounding suburbs of Greensboro, Winston-Salem, or High Point, NC. We are currently hiring for the following communities :
