4.\tSkill Sets Required : Ability to read Cardiac Telemetry strips.

5.\tClinician to Patient Ratio : 4 to 5 Patients : 1 RN.

6.\tPatient Population : Adult medical patients.

7.\tBed Count : 24.

8.\tCensus : 24.

9.\tEMR (Charting System) : EPIC.

10.\tFloating Required : Yes.

11.\tRotating Shifts Required : Yes, rotation required as needed to cover open night shifts. Day Rotate positions rotate a couple of shifts per month.

12.\tCertifications Required : Active Massachusetts RN License. BLS.
