Senior User Experience Designer and Researcher

Are you an experienced Ux Designer and Researcher with a passion for technology and User Empathy? Nucor Buildings Group is seeking a passionate and user-centered UX Researcher and Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding user needs through research and translating those insights into intuitive, engaging, and accessible design solutions. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to shape the user experience across our products, ensuring that design decisions are grounded in real user behavior and data.

Basic Job Functions :

• UX Expertise :

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teammates, including Pre-Sales, Sales, Post-Sales, Engineering, and Marketing, to define key UX research objectives and goals throughout the product lifecycle.

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

This role can report to an office in Portland, TN, Waterloo, IN or Swansea, SC depending on the candidate's preferred location / proximity. This is not a remote position.
