Compensation :

100,000+ at plan commission per year

Responsibilities :

  • Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow-up with potential customers and deal opportunities
  • Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends
  • Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements / revenue-generating activities
  • Identify and pursue sales leads, prospective new clients and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to close stages
  • Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures

    • What You’ll Do

    Your day-to-day will combine the thrill of sales with the satisfaction of helping homeowners protect their greatest investment. Responsibilities include :

  • Prospecting through canvassing, networking, and referrals.
  • Conducting home and roof inspections.
  • Guiding homeowners through the insurance claims process.
  • Managing projects from start to finish, coordinating with subcontractors and clients.
  • Closing contracts and collecting payments, ensuring accurate invoicing for change orders and supplements.
  • Facilitate an Exceptional Client Experience to get 5-star reviews, testimonials, and referrals.

    • Qualifications :

  • High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred
  • Proven track record in sales
  • Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines
  • Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
