RCM Supervisor

A company is looking for an RCM Supervisor to oversee revenue cycle operations and staff performance.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of revenue cycle staff

Oversee daily operations of billing, coding, claim submission, and collections

Prepare and analyze financial reports to monitor revenue cycle performance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

3 years of previous healthcare revenue cycle management experience, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role

Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding, healthcare regulations, and payer requirements

Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) or similar certification preferred

Ability to supervise and effectively train staff members
