Chapman BMW on Camelback is looking for a Lot Attendant to support our sales team, contributing to exceptional customer experiences, and helping to maximize sales. The Lot Porter is responsible for ensuring the new vehicle sales lots are immaculate and organized, and that vehicles on display meet dealership standards and are ready for test drives.

Core Responsibilities:

• Keep new vehicle lots neat and orderly, maintaining dealership display standards, leaving guests with a positive impression of the dealership.
• Clean interior and exterior of vehicles, replenish vehicle fluids and replace batteries as needed.
• Make key tags and place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
• Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience driving manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
• Ability to follow directions and work efficiently.
• A dedicated team player with a positive, professional attitude.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential; we are looking for someone we can depend on!
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Hours and Work Environment:

We are open Monday through Saturday and closed on Sundays. We offer a 5-day workweek with shifts ranging from 8AM to 4PM and 10AM to 6PM. We are looking for candidates with flexible availability to work either shift based on business needs. This is a full-time onsite position that requires walking or standing for extended periods, working both indoors and outdoors, and frequently driving and parking vehicles.
