Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Temp to Hire
Pay : $17.00 per hour
This is NOT a remote position, it's in the office.
Duties :
- Provide exceptionally engaging service and technical support to customers.
- Manage the front window - tasked with walk-in customer payment processing.
- Handle incoming calls and create work orders for service investigation as needed.
- Assist with tap processing obtaining quotes, collecting fees, scheduling installations of taps and meters, collecting meter information and relating to corresponding personnel for system updates.
- Properly handle a diverse set of customer requests and inquiries, accurately.
- Properly document all customer interactions.
Qualifications :
Must be fluent in English and Spanish.Minimum of one year of Call Center experience is a plus.Ability to follow directions and work independently.Exceptional work ethic, time management skills, and a demonstrated commitment to teamwork.
