This key executive leader will lead cross-functional teams, contribute to the broader data and integration strategy, and collaborate with senior leadership to embed data governance and an API-first approach into business operations. The role requires a strategic mindset, entrepreneurial drive, and the ability to lead a high-performing team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Candidates for the Vice President of Data and Integration position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Master's degree, and at least 12 years of progressive leadership experience in data governance, management, or enterprise reporting. The role demands a proven track record in leading enterprise-wide data governance programs, managing large teams, and a deep understanding of data governance tools, master data management, and data quality frameworks. Expertise in building out API frameworks and design patterns, as well as experience with data strategies and data warehousing, is essential. The ideal candidate will also have strong technical and analytical skills, the ability to build collaborative relationships, and a focus on fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.
