Polytrauma Rehabilitation Center Nurse

Provides direct nursing care to patients aged 18-85+ in the Polytrauma Rehabilitation Center under the supervision of the Nurse Manager. Responsibilities include obtaining vital signs, weights, and specimens; assists with hygiene, bowel, and bladder care; supporting mobility and ambulation; performing EKGs; and assisting with IV therapy. Observes and reports changes in condition, provides patient and family education, assists during emergencies, and works rotating shifts, weekends, & holidays.
