Job description

Our client, a leading international freight forwarder & customs broker, is seeking a Senior Customs Brokerage Entry Writer. This position is based near JFK and offers a competitive salary, bonus structure, and opportunity for overtime.

Responsibilities

Process data / documents for air & ocean shipments.
Coordinate with vendors and carriers to provide timely and exemplary service to clients and partners.
Handle and maintain accuracy of all related documents, monitor the status of shipments, and keep clients informed.
Proactively handle any challenges that arise in day-to-day operations, promoting positive results.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience with customs brokerage.

Experience using CargoWise is highly desirable.
