Qualifications for RN Supervisor :

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and resident care standards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of nursing professionals.
  • Compassionate, patient-centered, and committed to quality care.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our leadership team at. In this role, you will oversee the daily nursing operations, manage a team of nursing professionals, and ensure the highest level of care for our residents. Your leadership will be key in promoting quality care, maintaining compliance with regulations, and fostering a positive and collaborative environment.

    Responsibilities of RN Supervisor :

  • Supervise and manage the nursing team to ensure exceptional resident care.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
  • Ensure that all nursing practices comply with state, federal, and facility regulations and standards.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and oversee accurate documentation of care provided.
  • Lead and coordinate shift assignments, ensuring adequate coverage and proper staffing levels.
  • Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, and support to nursing staff.
  • Monitor residents' health conditions, vital signs, and medical records to ensure the highest quality of care.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and assess residents' needs for critical care.
  • Participate in care meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and ongoing staff education.
  • Promote a culture of teamwork, respect, and continuous learning within the nursing department.
  • Walk-in Interviews Welcome Monday to Friday from 10 am to 4 pm!
