As a Security Professional - Unarmed Patrol Driver CRE in Costa Mesa, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic commercial real estate location, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols throughout the premises, interact with visitors and tenants, and provide outstanding customer service. This role is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do :
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sitesSupport operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and educationReceive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teamsDeliver consistent, professional security presence and customer serviceBe ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs ariseResponsibilities :
Provide exceptional customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the location.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for clients and visitors.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity.Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to assist with access control and support overall building operations.Report and document any unusual activities, hazards, or security-related incidents as outlined by Allied Universal protocols.Support emergency response activities as needed, collaborating with local authorities and building management.What We're Looking For :
