We are partnering with a national AmLaw 100 firm to source a Litigation Paralegal to join its San Francisco team in a long-term temp-to-hire capacity. While prior trial experience is preferred, the firm is also open to strong paralegals with solid litigation backgrounds who are eager to gain more direct trial exposure and grow into this role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with trial preparation including trial binders, exhibits, demonstratives, and witness coordination
- Support attorneys during trial as needed, including war room logistics, exhibit tracking, and courtroom coordination
- Draft and organize pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and motion materials
- Review, gather, and organize client documents for production and discovery
- Manage case calendars, deadlines, and electronic filings in state and federal courts
- Perform cite-checking, factual research, and document review
- Communicate effectively with attorneys, staff, vendors, and clients
Qualifications :
Undergraduate degree and / or ABA-approved paralegal certificate required3+ years of litigation paralegal experience (trial experience a plus but not required)Familiarity with California State and Federal Rules of Civil ProcedureProficiency in litigation technology (Relativity, Concordance, iManage, CompuLaw, MS Office)Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environmentMust be based in the Bay Area and able to attend court in person when requiredThis is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow into direct trial responsibilities while working closely with attorneys on active cases, apply today!
