Job Description :
Support the Revenue Administration team by processing POs, maintaining financial accuracy, and ensuring smooth revenue operations through cross-functional collaboration.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
\n \n
- Implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency
\n
Serve as primary contact for PO-related inquiries from customers / vendors\n
Manage full PO lifecycle, including tracking, updates, and closures\n
Ensure accurate processing of accounts receivable transactions and Oracle budget entries\n
Validate financial and business compliance of PO requests\n
Reconcile pass-through costs and monitor contract compliance\n
Analyze invoicing and PO-related reports\n
Resolve PO exceptions and escalate as necessary\n
Support project setup, fee validation, and maintain process standards\n \n
Must-Haves : \n \n
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience\n
1-2 years of related work experience\n
Oracle and Microsoft Office Suite experience\n
Strong communication and presentation skills\n
Attention to detail and ability to validate financial data\n
Excellent customer service and problem-solving capabilities\n
Strong planning and time management skills\n
Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams\n
