Senior Program Manager, IS Project Management Organization

Your Opportunity as the Senior Program Manager, IS Project Management Organization

You will manage a team of experienced project managers and testing analysts responsible for delivering large IS enabled, cross-functional projects in support of company business objectives. Also manages and oversees large programs within their project portfolio. Creates, develops and implements program level plans consistent with program objectives, business requirements, timeline and budget constraints.

Location : Orrville, OH (Close proximity to Cleveland / Akron)

Work Arrangements : Hybrid - onsite a minimum of 9 days a month primarily during core weeks as determined by the Company; maybe more as business need requires

In this role you will :

People manager for experienced project managers :

• Responsible for developing people (Smucker people development, including administration of career path, individual work / development plans and performance management)
• Responsible for coaching and developing project managers and testing analysts on their team
• Overall accountability for the successful implementation of the project portfolio assigned to their team
