Sales Project Manager – $50K Base + 5% Commission (Six-Figure Potential)

Join a booming, family-owned signage company working on high-profile projects (Google, Truist Park, major stadiums and developments). This role combines sales, customer service, and project coordination with unlimited earning potential.

What You’ll Do :

Sell custom signage and installation services

Build and manage client relationships

Oversee projects from sale to installation

Work with internal teams to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met

Travel to customer sites (approx. 20%)

What We’re Looking For :

Sales or customer-facing experience (B2B preferred)

Strong people skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Experience in signage, construction, or fabrication is a plus (not required)

Motivated by commission and career growth

Compensation & Benefits :

$50,000 base salary

5% uncapped commission – six-figure earnings achievable
