We're scaling our Business Development Representative (BDR) program, and we need a leader who can hire, coach, and inspire early-career sellers while building the operating system for Scribe's next stage of growth. This is our first dedicated BDR leadership role, a high-leverage opportunity to roll up your sleeves, establish the playbook, and fuel our go-to-market strategy.
You'll guide the team as we evolve from inbound motions to a true sales-assisted and outbound engine, a shift critical to scaling our revenue next year. Along the way, you'll partner closely with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to tighten handoffs, improve lead quality, and drive pipeline that directly impacts our growth.
It's a hands-on, scrappy role where success means building a strong performance culture, developing talent into future AEs and GTM leaders, and scaling a motion that becomes one of the most important growth drivers at Scribe.

Location
While we hire from almost anywhere in the world, our HQ is in beautiful San Francisco, California. For this role, we expect you to live in or near San Francisco and work from the office 3 days per week.

165K OTE - 200K OTE (60 / 40 split)
